Terms & Conditions

PRODUCTION AND ORIGIN
We really concerned about quality. We want to make sure you can wear your pin an all times. All pins are manually checked for production faults. We strive to maintain the best quality at all times.

DELIVERY
When you have placed your order and we have received your payment, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. We handle most of the orders the day itself. Please note that Pince pins is a 2 man operation, so we can not guarantee a shipment within 24hrs. But we try our best to ship every order as soon as possible. Delivery takes around 1-2 business days within Belgium, Europe takes 3-4 business days and the rest of the world can take up to 7 business days. Pince orders are are shipped by Royal mail. We can not track or trace any orders.

PAYMENT
You can choose to either pay with Paypal or with Bankcontact. Setting up a PayPal account is super easy and safe!


PRICES
All taxes are included in the prices that are displayed on our website. Shipping costs are not included in this price, unless it’s specifically mentioned otherwise. You can review shipping costs for each product and country before checkout. Please send an email to vincent@pincepins.com if you need an invoice.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are based on the standard shipping rates of BPOST for the the weight and dimensions of your order.
We currently ship all orders between 0-100 grams at these rates to the following countries :
  • Belgium : € 1,5
  • Rest of Europe: € 3,5
  • Rest of the world: € 6 
All orders will be delivered by BPOST from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please ensure that the city, country and post code/zip code are correct for the shipping address, as well as any additional information for daytime delivery. Pince pins cannot be held responsible for any delays in case of an unforeseen event.
 
RETURN POLICY
In the odd case that you don't like your order or are not happy with the quality of our products, you can return the goods within 14 days after receiving them. Please always notify us and send an email to
returns@pincepins.com before shipping the goods back to us. When we have received your return order, we will review it and refund your order within 2 working days. Postal charges are on the client’s account. Pince pins can not be held responsible for damages or loss of return orders.

CLAIM POLICY
We pack our products very carefully to avoid damages during transport. However, if something should happen to your order during transport, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the order. You can send an email with a description of your claim and clear pictures to help@pincepins.com

PRIVACY POLICY
Pince pins will only use your data to ensure a quick and easy handling of your order. For all other objectives, we will ask for your consent first. Your data won't be used or given to third parties unless we are legaly obliged to do this. Pince pins reserves the right to update its privacy policy from time to time.


LIABILITY
Pince pins is not responsible for damages that happen due to wrong usage of our products. For all orders the Belgian law and public right apply. Disputes will also be settled by the Belgian court.
